Programs for Professionals

Every aspect of international business communication is influenced by cultural factors -- from personnel selection, contract negotiations, and marketing, to project management, teamwork, and customer service.

Being an effective communicator in an intercultural setting means knowing how to relate to people around you, understanding your clients and colleagues, and making your message clear. We prepare people from any field who want to work confidently and productively in international and intercultural settings.

Designed to suit working professionals or those starting a new career path, our certificate programs are usually delivered in a part-time format and may incorporate some online instruction.
